What we collect
When you use the Find an Attorney search we record the practice area and city you chose so we can route you to the right page. If you contact an attorney through Lawyer Up, or apply to join the network, we collect the details you type into that form — your name, firm, email address, phone number and the message you send.
How we use it
We use your details to connect you with an attorney in our network, to respond to your enquiry, and to operate and improve the directory. Attorney applications are reviewed by our team and, where a payment is involved, processed through Stripe.
Who we share it with
Consumer enquiries are passed to the attorney or attorneys best matched to your case type and location. Payment details for attorney memberships are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand which pages people find useful. You can block cookies in your browser; the directory will still function.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond.
